About The Role As a Grill Master you will lead the grill station with passion, cooking up fresh and delicious Mexican dishes to our exacting standards. You'll work with our secret recipes, ensuring each meal is crafted with care while following food safety and hygiene standards. You will be an essential part of delivering bold, flavour-packed meals that keep guests coming back for more. Responsibilities • Lead the grill station and ensure high quality food production.• Cook fresh Mexican dishes according to recipes and standards.• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene protocols.• Collaborate with team to meet service targets. Qualifications • Experience in a fast‑food or restaurant kitchen, preferably in Mexican cuisine.• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
