We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Part Time Showroom Consultant/Receptionist to join our Stone Ambassador team in Somerton, Victoria. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth running of our showroom. What you'll be doing Welcome and greet customers, providing a warm and professional first impression of our company Handle incoming phone calls, emails and enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner Assist customers with product information and guide them through the showroom Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing and other general office duties Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the showroom Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment What we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or reception role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other basic office software. A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude. A flexible approach to working hours, as this is a part-time role.
