We support one another, take pride in our work, and celebrate success together. About the Role We are seeking a high-performing Showroom Sales Consultant to join our Prahran team. This is a KPI-based retail sales role , best suited to someone who thrives in a results-driven environment and enjoys helping clients bring their lighting visions to life. You will be responsible for handling retail enquiries — whether in person, by phone, or by email — guiding customers through our collections, preparing quotes, and converting enquiries into sales. You’ll work with premium decorative and architectural lighting, often assisting customers in developing unique, tailored solutions for their homes. Key Responsibilities Handle all retail showroom, phone, and email enquiries from initial contact through to sale Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable lighting solutions Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes to meet and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain accurate client and sales records in the CRM (HubSpot) Ensure the showroom is always presented beautifully and reflects Lucretia’s design standards Stay informed on lighting trends, finishes, and product developments Collaborate closely with the showroom team to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional service About You Proven success in a retail sales role , with a strong record of meeting or exceeding KPIs Confident, professional communicator who enjoys engaging with customers Background in architecture, interiors, or design highly regarded Motivated by results and delivering an excellent customer experience Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple enquiries Comfortable using CRM and POS systems (HubSpot experience an advantage) Reliable, punctual, and available to work both weekend days Why Join Us?
