What We're Looking For: We're seeking an outgoing, people-focused individual who is eager to learn and grow with us. Our team is close-knit and selective – we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence and is ready to bring energy and enthusiasm to the role. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage with both potential and current members. Establish and oversee a team of Personal Trainers. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Proactively generate new sales leads. Foster a positive club culture with a strong emphasis on member appreciation. Ensure the club maintains the highest cleanliness standards. Promote the Anytime Fitness brand within the local community. About You: The ideal candidate will have: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer service. The ability to lead and work independently as well as part of a larger team. Experience in a customer service or management role (experience in retail or similar sectors is a plus). Proficiency in computer use and social media platforms. An interest in promoting a healthy lifestyle – you don’t need to be an athlete, but you should be able to inspire others. What We Offer: A fun and positive work environment. Organised, detail-focussed, a good communicator, and have a love of customer service. Enthusiastic & confident sales ability Skilled at using Facebook/Instagram to drive the club's exposure Enthusiasm for localoutreach and community engagement Ability to manage PTs and staff Well presented and able to communicate with a broad range of people Candidates require the following: Certificate IV in Fitness Some PT experience (preferred) Current First Aid and CPR Certificates WWC and Police Clearance (Valid within last 12 months) Outstanding administration, customer service, and people skills Professionalism, and ability to work independently and within a team environment Self motivated and driven to excel in this position Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency Please apply by December 15th.
