We are in need of Direct Support Workers in Ipswich and surrounding areas (Brassall, Booval, East / West Ipswich, Raceview) with the opportunity for a permanent roster of employment. Many vacant shifts are early mornings and afternoons; therefore capacity to undertake some of these shifts would be an advantage. Key Attributes Open to short shifts; sleepovers optional but valued All backgrounds welcome; passion is what counts Permanent part‑time role available for suitable candidates Responsibilities Providing personal care support, including showering, toileting, dressing and more Administering medications Transferring individuals using hoists and/or slide sheets, and general assistance with mobility Domestic duties including cleaning, laundry or meal preparation Community engagement: attending GP appointments, grocery shopping, or social or recreational activities of their choice Before or after school support including homework, tea preparation, games What makes the role ideal for you?
