Reporting to the Art Director, this role is responsible for designing and producing all artwork for SHEIKE across packaging, digital, in-store visuals, and internal communications. This is a full-time role based in St Peters, NSW . A Day in the Life You’ll be the visual heartbeat of SHEIKE, turning concepts into stunning designs that elevate our brand. Your role will involve: Brand Campaign Creative & Seasonal Pack: Contribute to campaign creative, oversee artwork for internal documents, and ensure all packaging and marketing materials meet brand standards. Visual Merchandise, Packaging, POS & LAM: Create in-store visuals, campaign banners, struts, decals, signage, and local marketing materials. Web & In-store Digital: Design email marketing content, website visuals, and digital advertising while advising on UX and ensuring brand consistency. Social Media & PR Artwork: Produce and resize artwork for social media, events, and PR activations, ensuring it aligns with marketing briefs. Ecommerce Shoot Management: Oversee all aspects of ecommerce photoshoots, from pre-production planning and on-set direction to post-production image refinement. Asset Management: Manage and retouch images, organize brand assets, and ensure correct usage across all channels. Safety & Company Culture: Take care of your own health and safety, adhere to WHS responsibilities, and act in line with SHEIKE values. About You You’re a creative powerhouse with a keen eye for detail, passionate about delivering visually compelling work. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy working with multiple teams, and excel at managing priorities without compromising quality. You’ll Bring Strong creative and conceptual skills Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and digital design tools Ability to produce high-quality artwork across print, digital, and in-store formats Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication and collaborative skills Commitment to brand integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards Your Experience Previous experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands Proven ability to deliver artwork for campaigns, packaging, POS, LAM, web, email, social, and PR initiatives Knowledge of visual merchandising requirements and in-store campaign execution Experience managing and archiving brand assets Understanding of UX design principles and digital marketing content requirements Experience managing ecommerce photoshoots, including pre-production, on-set direction, and post-production workflow Why SHEIKE?
