This role is crucial in shaping how the Nuix brand presents itself globally, directly impacting the brand\'s success through the creation of high-performing, channel-specific content that is both on-brand and customer-focused. As the guardian of Nuix\'s Brand Guidelines, the Senior Graphic Designer will ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while knowing when to adapt design rules to achieve the best commercial and customer outcomes. You\'ll be skilled at analyzing briefs, confidently pushing back when necessary, and guiding stakeholders to create assets that truly meet audience needs. The role demands a designer who is comfortable stepping outside their comfort zone, tackling new challenges, and executing with precision. You should be calm under pressure, responsive to feedback, and agile with changes—always working at a fast pace while staying organized in your processes and file management. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on Nuix\'s global presence, ensuring that all design work aligns with our strategic goals while consistently delivering high-quality, innovative content. This position will be based in our Sydney office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 4 days per week. Key Responsibilities Single point of responsibility for all design projects across digital, print, social and website, ensuring alignment with brand standards and audience needs. Serve as the custodian of Nuix\'s Brand Guidelines, ensuring consistency and creatively adapting design rules when necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content) to deliver customer-centric, high-impact designs. Collaborate with external agencies who create campaign concepts, and freelancers who support execution. Receive and execute design briefs, offer constructive feedback, and guide stakeholders to achieve optimal design outcomes. Create innovative designs that push boundaries while staying aligned with the brand vision. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise You have 8+ years experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across various design mediums, with a relevant tertiary design qualification is preferred Experience working with Figma, and Microsoft Office suite Video editing capabilities in Premier Pro or AfterEffects is highly desirable Experience with a work management system, such as ClickUp Experience in in-house experience or ability to transition from agency; skilled in managing agencies and external suppliers. Ability to manage design workflows, maintain brand guidelines, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Strong aesthetics, attention to detail, and ability to innovate while knowing when to break design rules. Excellent communication, prioritisation, and ability to manage feedback while maintaining design integrity.
