The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated person to fill the Account Manager, Cashflow & Equipment Finance position. About the role The Account Manager Cashflow & Equipment Finance reports to the Operations Manager Cashflow & Equipment Finance and plays a key role in managing the customer service and risk management processes for cashflow finance customers, with a focus on providing a high level of customer service and managing the continued appropriate risk controls and alignment with the Business Solutions strategy/business model. What you’ll bring to the team Awareness and understanding of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander societies and culture. Ability to liaise and communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff. Strong operational experience in factoring and invoice discounting. Knowledge of surety bonds. Sound stakeholder management experience. Sound financial analysis skills. Sound knowledge of relevant legislation including PPSR, Privacy and Anti-Money Laundering. Problem solving skills and ability to negotiate constructive solutions with customers and manage expectations. Commitment to high quality customer service and demonstrated ability to build beneficial working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and customers.
