Paid Media / Digital Marketing Specialist Role Title: Paid Media / Digital Marketing Specialist Reports to: Marketing Manager (with direct collaboration with Founder & Senior Leadership) Location: Remote - AU/NZ timezone strongly preferred; USA/UK acceptable with consistent communication windows. Employment Type: Part-Time commitment - Monthly Retainer Model Riff Raff Baby, Australia’s #1 selling sleep toy, has experienced phenomenal growth since launching in 2016. Our goal is to bring peace and comfort to families - and with the launch of Riff Raff Pets, we’re extending our magic to our furry friends too. We’re known for our beloved sleep toys, deeply loyal community, and our ability to scale thoughtfully while staying nimble, data-driven, and genuinely customer-centric. We’re now expanding globally across the USA and UK - and we’re looking for a Paid Media / Digital Marketing Specialist who can help us maintain and build upon the strong performance we’ve achieved to date. This isn’t an agency-style role . We want someone who acts as a true extension of our internal team - someone who is proactive, reliable, communicates clearly each day, and deeply understands the commercial levers for profitable DTC growth. About the Role We’re searching for a highly skilled, analytical and process-oriented specialist with expert-level Meta experience at a minimum (ideally with Google Ads expertise as well). You’ll manage performance across multiple regions (AU, USA, UK), ensuring efficient acquisition costs, strong BROAS, and consistent channel profitability. You’ll be responsible for: Both Baby (AU, USA & UK) and Pets (AU only) accounts Maintaining our strong historical paid performance Identifying efficiencies and improving account structure Weekly reporting, daily communication and proactive issue-flagging Working as a true partner to our internal marketing team You’ll also play a key role in driving international expansion, helping us grow paid channels in the USA and UK. Part-time commitment preferred. Ideally you’re based within a similar timezone to Melbourne/Sydney, or have experience managing international accounts in similar windows. Who You Are We’re looking for someone who is: Data-driven, analytical and commercially minded Process-oriented with extremely high attention to detail Able to maintain efficient CAC, strong BROAS, and channel profitability Fluent in holistic eCommerce strategy (not just single channel execution) Excellent at daily communication (AM windows preferred) Experienced across AU, USA and UK markets Looking for a long-term partnership with a brand - not a traditional agency model If you’re a performance marketer who thrives in fast-paced DTC environments and loves taking full ownership, we’d love to speak with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
