The Role The purpose of this role is to support the establishment of BG&E Minerals and its growth into the Mining and Minerals sector within Western Australia by assuming a range of responsibilities such as : Undertake study management services on various projects including but not limited to non-process infrastructure Deliver engineering outputs to the requirements of clients and key stakeholders Manage the delivery of accurate and high-quality model outputs in accordance with appropriate design standards and project requirements Provide project and study documentation in accordance with project and industry requirements Undertake detailed analysis of study outputs to ensure safety, compliance, and constructability Integrate construction methodologies and sequencing plans in consultation with site teams and contractors Collaborate with engineers, designers, and consultants to deliver coordinated solutions Review technical reports, drawings, and design reports for quality and accuracy Prepare / Assist with the tendering and winning of work Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other project stakeholders as required for the delivery of projects Apply study management principles in carrying out assigned tasks and achieve project deliverables to the required standard and in a timely manner Prepare and review technical reports Identify and manage technical and commercial risks on behalf of BG&E and its clients Coordinate with all engineering disciplines and actively participate in interdisciplinary workshops and risk assessments as required Ensure that all work is undertaken in accordance with the appropriate legislation, relevant standards, corporate requirements and systems Represent BG&E Minerals and instil confidence in our clients and external stakeholders of the value we bring About You BEng or higher in a relevant engineering discipline Relevant industry experience (10+ years) Solid understanding of Australian standards and construction safety principles Skilled in appropriate software and able to produce clear, accurate documentation Proven experience in leading practical, buildable solutions subject to site constraints Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly with site teams, engineers, designers and contractors A proactive, hands‑on approach to solving engineering challenges What We Offer Flexible / Hybrid working arrangements aimed at achieving real work‑life balance Competitive remuneration Generous leave arrangements including a purchased leave scheme Health and wellbeing support via confidential EAP programme Gender Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Equality is part of our DNA – we value who you are.
