INITIAL TILES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD – Minchinbury NSW We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tile Sales Consultant to join our team at INITIAL TILES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD' in Minchinbury, NSW. As a part-time Tile Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with their tile selection and purchasing needs. This role requires availability every Saturday as part of the regular work schedule. What you’ll be doing Engaging with customers to understand their tile requirements and preferences Providing expert advice on tile selection, including material, size, colour and style Demonstrating tile samples and discussing the benefits of different options Assisting customers with placing orders and managing the sales process Maintaining detailed product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new tile trends and offerings Contributing to a positive and welcoming in-store experience for all customers What we’re looking for Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the home improvement or tile industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service Excellent product knowledge and the ability to make informed recommendations Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and customers simultaneously A passion for the tile industry and a commitment to providing the best possible customer experience What we offer At INITIAL TILES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD', we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
