Packing Assistant

About the role As a valued member of our packing team, your key tasks will include: sorting, weighing, sealing, labelling and packing finished products and general housekeeping. You must be able to stand for long periods, performing these tasks with focus, care and attention to detail. The ideal candidate Must love dogs At least 1 year packing experience in a fast‑paced Warehouse environment, preferably in the Food production industry or a willingness to learn. A proven track record of being reliable and punctual. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent numerical skills. Ability to write, read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Practical knowledge of food safety, hygiene, sanitisation and quality standards. A safety mindset. Effective time management and proactive approach, especially when managing competing priorities. Ability to work cohesively and unsupervised in a high-performing team environment. Comfortable to handle dehydrated meat products. Physically fit and able to lift up to 15KG. Flexibility to work at least 3 days per week Hi Vis Vest and Steel Capped Footwear Must have own transport to get to work (no public transport at shift end time) Must have full availability throughout December If this sounds like the role for you, please apply without delay.
