The Opportunity: We are excited to announce we are now hiring across multiple functions to support the start-up of our new, world‑class industrial bakery launching in early 2026 in Nambeelup, WA (just 12km from Mandurah and 60km south of Perth). Positions Available: Qualified Bakers Production Operators Packing Operators Storeperson Dockhands Administration Assistant/Customer Service Key Responsibilities (depending on role): Measure and mix ingredients, monitor dough consistency and baking processes (Bakers) Operate and monitor production or packing equipment. Conduct quality checks and maintain food safety standards. Perform sanitation and cleaning tasks to maintain hygiene and compliance. Manage inventory, stock control and goods movement (Storeperson role). Support loading/unloading and dock operations (Dockhand roles). Administrative, Reception and customer relations duties (Admin/Customer Service). Follow safe work practices and maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment in line with high food safety standards. Display ARYZTA’s Core Values of Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity & Care. To thrive in this role, you will need: Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded. Availability and flexibility to work in a shift environment. Food Manufacturing/Industry experience will be preferred but not essential. Ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under specific timescales. Great work ethic, reliability and attention to detail. Ability to work with minimal supervision and to use initiative. Physical capacity for heavy lifting of up to 25kg in a safely manner.
