Cremorne Street Bakers is a premium wholesale sweet goods company, a key supplier of high-quality cakes, cookies, and slices to Independent Grocers, Supermarkets, and Melbourne's top cafes. Position Includes Baking & Decorating: high-volume, quality‑controlled batch baking of our full product range (cakes, cookies, slices) efficiently and consistently. Guiding: junior staff on production methods, recipe execution, and efficient use of commercial equipment. Quality Control: maintain strict adherence to recipes, HACCP, and exceptional kitchen hygiene standards. Work Daytime hours: in our well‑equipped commercial kitchen. High proficiency in commercial batch baking for wholesale volume. Eye for detail , efficiency, and strong organisational skills. Comprehensive working knowledge of kitchen hygiene and HACCP standards.
