About the Role We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist who thrives in a busy environment and is committed to providing the highest quality administrative services. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities Manage admission scheduling to ensure efficient bed management and utilisation. Pre-book and fund-check patients prior to admission. Handle incoming and outgoing calls at the front desk. Provide timely and accurate information to patients, visitors, and staff. Compile and manage patient admission papers and clinical notes. About You Strong administrative skills and a passion for customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage a busy workflow. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Professional, caring, and friendly attitude with high attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to changing work needs.
