Responsibilities Coordinate the preparation and create ready to eat meals Contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the supermarket kitchen Ensure correct food handling procedures are always followed Display your meal creations in a way that resembles your genuine love for food Be a reliable and punctual team player Requirements A minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery The ability to operate commercial cooking equipment Excellent time management & ability to work under pressure An understanding of HACCP Food Safety Standards Experience in ordering stock Ability to accurately and efficiently follow systems & recipes #J-18808-Ljbffr
