About the Role We are looking for caring and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will support clients with their daily living activities, personal care, community participation, and achieving their personal goals. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care, including showering, dressing, and grooming. Assist with domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning. Support clients with community activities, appointments, and social outings. Promote independence and empower clients to achieve their goals. Administer medication and monitor health conditions as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation of support provided. About You We are seeking candidates with the following attributes: Compassionate, patient, and respectful. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude. Requirements Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or related field (or willingness to obtain). Valid First Aid and CPR certification. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check. Working with Children Check (if required).Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred). Experience in disability support or a related field is highly regarded.
