Established in Amsterdam in 2012, we support investors in achieving their project goals by meticulously assessing Technical Due Diligence and managing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction stages to exceed industry standards. Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Civil Designer / Design Manager (Renewables) at Forte Renewables. The role involves tasks such as Civil Engineering Design, Erosion Control, Site Plans, and Stormwater Management to ensure the successful implementation of renewable energy projects. The role may also require site monitoring/verification activities during construction. Responsibilities Review or develop road designs on the wind farm site Review or develop wind farm site drainage and hydrological studies Review or develop designs for smaller structures Manage design packages (designed by others) Verify construction work on site according to designs Verification of wind turbine foundations according to plans Support in the development of tenders for technical advisors and project tasks Development of project specifications and project reports Supporting the Country Manager in general business development and sales activities Supporting the Country Manager in general administrative activities Research and development, including AI integration into design and other processes Various reports (project, SID, progress, general, MoM, etc.) Requirements Minimum educational level: Bachelor's degree, required field: Civil Engineering Knowledge of Australian legal requirements required Other education: Training or education related to the use of AI (preferred, not essential) Minimum experience after graduation: 4 years Required field experience: Wind Minimum experience in a similar position: 2 years Hybrid work: minimum number of days in the office: 1, preferred number of days in the office: 2‑3. Office location: Gold Coast.
