This is a casual position that offers flexibility and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of those living with a disability. What you'll be doing Provide personalised support to clients with intellectual, physical, or psychosocial disabilities Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks Facilitate community access and engagement, supporting clients to participate in social and recreational activities Maintain detailed records and documentation in line with organisational policies and procedures What we're looking for Minimum Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification Demonstrated experience in providing person‑centred support to individuals with a range of disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients Flexible and adaptable approach, with a commitment to promoting client independence and wellbeing A current driver's licence and access to reliable transport Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays What we offer Competitive hourly rates and casual loading Ongoing training and professional development opportunities A positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity About us Blue Apple Support Services is a leading provider of disability support services in regional Queensland.
