Overview The Package: $77,031.24 - $85,120.36 gross per annum + 12% super. (Evaluated as Grade 10 of the QPRC Salary System 2025), plus potential performance-based progression. Fixed term (2-years) - Full-time – 35 hours per week. Flexible work arrangements will be considered. Ready to advance your career while driving innovative solutions to business challenges? QPRC is seeking a driven candidate to join Council’s Digital Branch to support the development of optimal processes and practices. Responsibilities Deliver business improvement projects that optimise processes, workflows, and service delivery. Perform reviews, assist with software testing and user training for new systems. Analyse and interpret data to support business decisions. Collaborate with software users, project managers and technical teams to deliver effective solutions and support. Qualifications Possesses a tertiary qualification in IT and/or relevant experience. Has exceptional time management skills, to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Has demonstrated skills in PC Applications Software, including Microsoft suite of programs and electronic record management systems. Possesses strong communication skills to deliver customer service through various channels.
