As a full-time Sales Representative/Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. We predominantly work and build granny flats. What we're looking for Proven track record of success in a sales or consultative role within the construction industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities to provide tailored solutions to client needs Driven and results‑oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to building long‑term client relationships Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in sales, marketing or a related field is preferred What you'll be doing Proactively identify and generate sales leads through various channels Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions Managing and updating software such as Pipe‑drive, Can‑i‑build and Pandadoc Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities Conduct onsite inspections to understand client needs and site conditions Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and support the achievement of sales targets Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team to help improve our sales strategies #J-18808-Ljbffr
