Your Key Responsibilities Will Include : Engagement Management : Managing day-to-day operational aspects of formal insolvency appointments (e.g., trade‑ons, liquidations, receiverships, administrations, receipts / payments, asset management). Stakeholder Communication : Assisting with clear and professional communication (written and verbal) with clients, creditors, lawyers, and other stakeholders. Advisory Support : Supporting the team on informal advisory engagements, such as independent business reviews and turnaround assignments. Analysis & Reporting : Compiling financial information, conducting analysis, drawing conclusions, and assisting with report preparation. Investigations : Assisting with investigations into antecedent transactions and insolvent trading, ensuring compliance and timely reporting of any contraventions. Relationship Building : Developing professional relationships with clients and stakeholders, representing the firm's capabilities. What You'll Bring : Experience : 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally with exposure to insolvency, restructuring, or forensic accounting. Qualifications : A relevant bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or similar). Professional Certification : CA or CPA qualified, or actively working towards completion (support provided). Technical Aptitude : A foundational understanding of accounting principles and a strong interest in insolvency legislation and practice. Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication abilities for effective interaction with team members and external parties. Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and meticulousness, essential for sensitive financial work.
