Membership Sales Consultant - Anytime Fitness Forest Hill Employment Type: Casual Are you passionate about health and fitness? Do you love connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals? Anytime Fitness Forest Hill is looking for a driven, energetic, and customer-focused Membership Consultant to join our vibrant team About the Role: As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the face of our club – welcoming members, building strong relationships, and driving membership growth through tours, outreach, and excellent service. Your key responsibilities will include: Engaging with potential members via walk-ins, phone, email, and social media Conducting club tours and helping members find the right membership option Reaching monthly membership sales targets and KPIs Supporting member retention through great service and follow-up Promoting the club through local area marketing and events Assisting with daily club operations and administration What We’re Looking For: A positive, friendly, and outgoing personality Strong communication and sales skills Motivated and target-driven attitude Passion for health, fitness, and helping others Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry (preferred but not essential) Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays What We Offer: Supportive and energetic team environment Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses Free Anytime Fitness membership Ongoing training and career development opportunities A chance to be part of Australia’s largest 24/7 fitness franchise Ready to inspire others and build a career in fitness?
