About the Role We’re searching for an energetic and people-focused Membership Consultant to join our team. This is a casual position where you’ll play a key role in welcoming new members, supporting existing ones, and helping to grow a thriving fitness community. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting prospective members, conducting tours, and presenting membership options Following up enquiries and converting leads into new sign-ups Supporting members with day-to-day questions and providing excellent service Maintaining club standards of cleanliness and presentation Working as part of a team to achieve membership growth and retention targets Hours & Availability: Saturdays 9:00am – 2:00pm (essential) Two weekday shifts between Monday and Thursday, 10:30am – 7:00pm Minimum 21 hours per week (ability to do more) Multi-site available (ability to work across a few local clubs if desired) What We’re Looking For Confident, outgoing, and motivated personality with strong communication skills Previous experience in customer service or sales (fitness industry experience highly regarded but not essential) A people-first approach — able to build rapport quickly and genuinely connect with others Organised and reliable, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team What’s on Offer Competitive casual hourly rate plus incentives for membership sales Training and support to help you succeed in the role Complimentary club membership and access to staff perks The chance to be part of a positive, supportive, and energetic team Casual Membership Consultant - Minimum 21 hours per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
