We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated staff to assist with service functions of Passenger Check In Operator & Heliport Operator (and other related duties), to join our team at Karratha Airport. This role requires the following skills and capabilities: Customer, team and safety focus The ability to lift and move heavy baggage and work outdoors in all weathers. A respectful, friendly and supportive approach Reliability, punctuality and organisational skills Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations. Permanent Part Time positions available working up to Full Time hours. You must have the motivation and flexibility to work on a 7-day rotational shift roster. To be successful in this role you must have the following skills and capabilities: Possess either permanent residency or citizenship for Australia and hold at a minimum a Provisional WA drivers’ licence. Strong Customer Service skills with a background in Customer Service. Strong time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure, with strict timelines. Well‑developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a team. A strong focus and committed attitude towards safety. Professional and courteous communication skills, both written and verbal. As the face of airlines, an immaculate sense of personal presentation, in line with the highest professional standards of the industry. Manual duties including assisting special needs passengers to the gate. Excellent attention to detail.
