This includes key customer relationship management and the provision of the highest levels of customer service through continued commitment to our standards of excellence. This role is suited to an experienced, tech-savvy operator who takes ownership of complex customer issues, mentors peers and drives process improvement. EDI order management experience is highly regarded. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of order integrity, ensuring data accuracy, resolving order discrepancies and preventing repeat issues. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy and customer experience. Providing courteous, responsive and pro‑active customer service, responding to email and telephone enquiries in an accurate and timely manner. Authorise and ensure validity of customer returns, exchanges, check authorisations, voids and discretion discounts. Who we’re looking for Ideally coming with a proven track record gained from a customer service role, to be considered for this opportunity we are seeking to hear from applicants who therefore possess: 5+ years in Customer Service within Foodservice/Beverage/FMCG, handling key accounts and escalations. Advanced systems confidence across ERP/CRM and EDI; intermediate–advanced Excel (lookups, pivots) preferred. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, particularly over the telephone. Highly organised and able to handle multiple sales and account management projects/calls/queries at the one time. Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced, changing environment with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and implement effective, lasting solutions.
