You will work for major lenders, banks and insolvency professionals in relation to:Insolvency and restructuring; andSmall business debt recovery.You will also act for Indigenous organisations and foundations, and various large Not for Profit and arts organisations in relation to general commercial advice, contractual drafting and disputes, advice regarding financial sustainability, restructuring and disability provisions.This wonderful opportunity offers you the chance to work on both litigious and non-litigious work, expanding your skills base.About YouOur Partners are seeking your energy, your passion for law and your litigation experience.
