Senior Project Officer – Office of the ADG, Information & Technologies Branch Are you a proactive and organised professional with a passion for Human Resources looking to take the next step in your career? An exciting opportunity is available for an AO6 Senior Project Officer to join the Office of the Assistant Director General, Information & Technologies team. This temporary 12‑month, full‑time position will support the Information & Technologies business units within the Digital Innovation Division, offering a flexible working environment and a supportive, collegiate workplace. Your Role The Senior Project Officer ensures compliance with HR policies, provides leadership and supports the delivery of efficient, customer‑focused HR services. You will have strong knowledge of HR operations, policy development and recruitment processes while supporting the HR staff across the Digital Innovation Division. Your Responsibilities Coordinate and promote HR activities and provide executive support. Lead and chair monthly HR Working Group meetings. Develop, review and maintain HR guidelines, standards and programmes. Provide leadership and guidance to Human Resources staff across the Division. Deliver training and effective communication on HR initiatives. Oversee role descriptions, establishment management and organisational charts. Support recruitment processes, including documentation and compliance checks.
