Business Development Executive

Overview Identify, engage and secure high‑value customers through sophisticated solution‑selling programs for a scaling freight management consultancy. As the Business Development Executive, you will target clients across the Eastern States with bespoke freight and logistical solutions, engaging leaders from C‑Level executives to operations teams. You will build and manage a sales pipeline driven by data‑lead insights and deep industry expertise. Key Responsibilities Identify and convert new business opportunities across key sectors. Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored freight solutions. Lead client engagement from first contact through to onboarding. Use data and insight to shape proposals and drive conversations. Contribute to a culture of performance, collaboration and customer focus. A track record of achieving sales and revenue targets. Commercial acumen and the ability to understand and solve complex customer needs. Adaptable communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders. A hunger and maturity to realise what is possible with a diverse mix of customers.
