What you’ll be doing You’ll manage and grow a small portfolio of valued clients, working closely with them to understand their goals and design digital marketing strategies that help drive their success. Regular responsibilities include : Developing tailored SEO and paid search strategies Creating and optimising content that speaks to client audiences Running and refining Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Analysing data and presenting insights that shape next steps Building strong relationships through face‑to‑face meetings and proactive communication This role is primarily office‑based in the Perth CBD, with weekly WFH days, offsite client meetings, and opportunities to attend conferences and industry events. Who we’re looking for You’re energised by working with people. You love stepping into different businesses, understanding their world, and becoming someone they rely on and trust. You’re confident managing client relationships from day one, and you enjoy the challenge of adapting your approach for different personalities, industries, and business needs. You also have a passion for all things digital. Full training is provided, but any hands‑on experience in areas such as the following is an advantage : Building and executing digital marketing strategies Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs) WordPress and other CMS platforms Content writing and optimisation Keyword research and competitive analysis Working with external stakeholders like designers or developers You don’t need to have a specific qualification; real‑world experience matters most, but a background in marketing, communications or business is advantageous.
