This is an opportunity to drive the strategic management and maturity of Adobe's Search investment across the APAC region, turning trends into applicable test & learn schematics to drive continued growth through search investment and ensure best‑in‑class performance measurement. As a confident presenter and Performance and Search Subject Matter Expert, you’ll be well versed in communicating new developments and trends within the Paid Search landscape to key internal and client stakeholders. You will work closely with our talented Planning team with media planning and responses‑to‑brief, providing direct access to client data and insights to inform media decisions and stay on the pulse of new developments and innovative practices within the Paid Search landscape. Your scope will include: Auditing existing Search accounts and improving effectiveness of all activity across APAC. Working with activation teams in APAC to ensure best practice Search frameworks are adhered to. Proposing hypotheses and designing test‑and‑learns to increase search performance efficiencies. Presenting proposed tests to clients and incorporating client feedback or considerations into test design. Influencing the go‑to‑market strategy for Adobe across APAC, with extensive testing and development budgets and access to alpha and beta opportunities with key agency partners. Monitoring category demand and reporting on key performance trends and changes. All things search This is a significant portion of Adobe's budget so the opportunity to have an impact is immense. What you’re looking for: A supportive and collaborative culture. Clients who are open to suggestions and working progressively. Significant scope to influence the go‑to‑market search strategy across a range of Adobe products, with extensive testing and development. What type of person will be successful in this role: Confident presenter (this is a client‑facing role). Ability to independently manage own output and work fluidly across multiple teams, disciplines, and timezones. Can work proactively within a set structure, linking in different teams when appropriate and escalating issues or concerns as required. Led by data and able to concisely explain reasoning behind decisions or cause‑and‑effect of performance changes. Strong expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Experience with multi‑engine tools such as Search Ads 360 or Adobe Media Optimizer. Clear understanding of different attribution models, including data‑driven attribution. Clear understanding of conversion tracking capabilities within Paid Search platforms, including data signal management. Experience managing Universal App Campaigns via Google Ads and App Campaigns via Apple Search Ads (highly regarded). Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics. Ideal background of candidate: 5+ years of experience managing and driving Paid Search accounts within a media agency or client environment. Additional channel experience outside of Paid Search is preferable but not essential. A strong team player who can effectively motivate, inspire and help organise the team to deliver. Excellent problem‑solving ability: solving problems as they arise, however you know when to escalate issues and contribute to the rescoping of continuous improvement. Solid planning experience: you can write effective implementation planning briefs, with 100% attention to detail. Has an analytical and strategic mindset: you can confidently analyse data and share compelling insights and recommendations. Excellent attention to detail and clarity. Strong commercial understanding: ability to understand the client’s business and category to identify new opportunities and provide insightful paid search recommendations. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Can confidently present and construct well‑substantiated search strategies. Contributes positively to agency culture and meetings.
