Receptionist – Dental Assistant | Full-time / Part-time | Orthodontic Practice Macarthur Orthodontics is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our busy orthodontic practice in Campbelltown, NSW. This is a full-time or part-time role, offering a flexible work schedule. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience. What you’ll be doing Greeting and welcoming patients and guests with a warm and friendly manner Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services Processing patient payments and maintaining accurate financial records Assisting the clinical team as needed to ensure the smooth running of the practice Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area Supporting the implementation of practice policies and procedures What we’re looking for Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Proficient in using computer systems and software, including appointment scheduling and billing A team player who is adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment A genuine interest in the dental/healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care Being open and willing to learn clinical assisting duties and sterilization procedures (full training provided) What we offer Supportive and welcoming team environment Full training and ongoing development Flexible working hours (full-time or part-time) Competitive pay based on experience About us Macarthur Orthodontics is a leading orthodontic practice serving the Campbelltown and surrounding areas.
