As the first point of contact with our business you have a friendly, positive, can‑do attitude personality and are responsible for general sales enquiries and customer communications regarding sales and our quoting process. You are the backbone of our sales team, and your knowledge of the Perth Metro area and excellent organisational skills will ensure our quoting process runs like clockwork. By planning geographically efficient quote runs for our sales team, managing data entry, assisting with administrative tasks and following up on customer enquiries you will support seamless operations. You’ll help maintain the professional presentation of our sales office and showroom, organising marketing materials, customer information packs and ensuring sales tools are well‑stocked and current. As part of the role, you’ll gain product knowledge across our premium window and door solutions, making it an ideal opportunity for someone eager to grow in the industry. Key Responsibilities Manage and plan geographically efficient daily quote runs for our 4 Sales Consultants Communicate with customers via phone and email in a professional manner and within the company branding Manage data entry of all enquiries, quote bookings, quotations sent and convert quotes into jobs Provide administrative and operational assistance to ensure seamless workflow between departments Keep the sales office area clean and tidy Restock stationery and sales tools, liaising with the sales team for any additional requirements Follow up, record and report on the outcomes of quotes sent Report daily on sales enquiries received and quotes booked in Maintain the showroom – keeping brochures fully stocked and samples tidy Provide weekly reports on enquiries received and sort by resource Maintain Google information and social media contacts and messages Prepare info packs for clients Ideal Skills & Qualifications At least 2 years’ experience in a scheduling role or similar Sound knowledge of Perth Metro area locations Confident, strong communication skills and high attention to detail Excellent computer skills with strong experience in Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP software Open to learning basic sales knowledge of relevant window/door products Schedule Full‑Time, Permanent Day shift Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 4.30 pm To apply, email your cover letter and resume to . #J-18808-Ljbffr
