About The Role We are seeking an experienced Legal Talent Manager to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, seamlessly managing the successful candidate experience through onboarding and integration in addition to supporting the Director of Talent & People on a wider range of Human Resources initiatives. This role is pivotal in attracting, engaging and retaining top talent to support our business growth. You will partner closely with business leaders, the Director of Talent & People, and external stakeholders to ensure an engaging and positive candidate to employee experience. Key Responsibilities Work with the Director of Talent & People to develop and execute recruitment and learning strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead the end-to-end recruitment processes for all roles up to and including Senior Associates, as well as our broader employment group of cyber security professionals, communications experts and marketing and business development professionals, including pro-active and reactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and future workforce needs. Partner with hiring managers to truly understand their teams, what they do, how they operate and provide relevant market insights. Support the Director of Talent & People on the creation of wider human resources frameworks and initiatives such as building out the Careers website, defining the EVP, Learning & Development frameworks and performance management, all in support of the employee experience and business growth. Manage onboarding, integration, and probation processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. Enhance employer branding initiatives in consultation with our Marketing professionals to position the company as an employer of choice. Manage recruitment metrics and reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process. Leverage technology and tools (Employment Hero, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) for efficient recruitment and L&D operations. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in in-house talent acquisition, human resources or external recruitment agency roles. Strong knowledge of legal recruitment and market trends. Interest or experience in cyber, data, and privacy is highly desirable. Exposure to L&D or a desire to gain experience in this space is highly desirable. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics. Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
