As a Guest Service Agent you will be passionate about providing a luxurious experience for our guests at every touch point. You will take the time to listen to guests, make them feel heard, and be genuinely fascinated by people, curious and an excellent story spotter. Responsibilities include providing professional and personalised service to all hotel guests, visitors and ambassadors, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
