About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced safety professional to play a pivotal role in our growing organisation. You’ll work side-by-side with our frontline teams across NSW, driving initiatives, supporting best practice, and inspiring a strong, positive safety culture that ensures everyone goes home safe, every day. Key Responsibilities Include: Implement HSEQ Strategy in NSW in collaboration with your regional safety colleagues Lead WHS and safety training, including new starter inductions and equipment training Perform site visits to verify compliance with WHS standards Lead toolbox talks Carry out risk assessments Investigate incidents Support the creation of safe work method statements Implement WHS policies and legislation About You You lead by example in a safety-first culture A Cert IV in WHS is essential A driver\'s licence is essential (manual or auto) You have at least 2 years\' experience within a similar role Sound knowledge and experience in WHS policies, processes, and safe systems of work Strong communication and interpersonal skills Applications from current team members will be highly regarded and will be prioritised.
