Base pay range A$190,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Talenza Talenza have been engaged by an ASX listed client to find a Solution Architecture Manager to transform their architecture practice by mentorship and uplifting the maturity. The successful candidate will have proven experience leading large architecture teams at an enterprise size organisation. Benefits Salary up to $200k + super Proffessional Development programs Amazing leadership group and office/team culture Requirements & responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution design aligned with enterprise and domain architecture standards. Standardise architecture practices and introduce effective methods and frameworks. Collaborate with business stakeholders and the PMO to shape a strategic work portfolio. Manage and develop a team of permanent, contractor and partner architects. Provide technical leadership to development and infrastructure teams. Assess emerging technologies and make recommendations to support organisational goals. Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture principles, security standards and governance. Contribute to ICT strategy, road-mapping and continuous improvement initiatives. Bring extensive architecture experience, including solution design, integration and implementation, with relevant certifications (TOGAF, AWS/Azure, ITIL).
