Full-time | 38 hours per week | Early Friday finish (12:30pm) Location: Warana, QLDPay rate: $31 – $36 per hour (depending on experience) About the Role Bella Manufacturing is looking for a reliable and organised Storeperson / Purchasing Officer to join our team in Warana. You'll play a key role in managing stock, ordering materials, and keeping our busy workshop running smoothly. This is a full‑time position (38 hours per week) with an early Friday finish at 12:30pm. You'll work alongside a great team of 18 people in a friendly, hands‑on environment that values teamwork and quality work. What You'll Be Doing Managing inventory and stock control Raising and receipting purchase orders in Xero Coordinating deliveries and supplier orders Checking incoming goods for accuracy and quality Keeping storage areas clean, safe, and well organised Working closely with production staff to meet daily material needs Assisting with basic workshop support as required What We're Looking For Experience using Xero for purchasing and inventory Minimum 2+ years experience using Xero for purchasing and inventory Strong computer and data entry skills (Excel, email, etc.) Excellent organisational and time management skills Practical understanding of stock control and ordering Minimum 2+ years experience in stock control and ordering A positive, team-focused attitude Strong communication and reliability Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential Australian work rights are required for this position What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: $31 – $36 per hour Early finish every Friday (12:30pm) Supportive and down‑to‑earth team environment Regular social events and BBQs Secure, long‑term role with a growing Australian manufacturer About Us Bella Manufacturing is Australia's leading builder of custom food trucks, trailers, and container conversions .
