With stunning views out to the impossibly blue waters of the Whitsundays, it is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the island.The island is one of the closest Whitsunday islands to the mainland (Airlie Beach) with spectacular 30-minute ferry ride to work each day.

This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office (Chatswood Sydney) presence. The schedule can be adjusted based on business needs and individual preferences.Job Description

Daydream Island Resort is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to join our leadership team. You will have a proven track record in driving revenue, developing strategic sales and marketing plans and lead high-performing teams.About the role…..Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growthMaintain strong relationsships with clients, industry partners and tourism organisations that benefit the businessOversee the sales team, ensuring effective lead generation and client engagement.Drive brand awareness and positioning through innovative marketing campaigns.Utilise digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance online preseence and engagement.Analyse market trens and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisionsPrepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights and campaign effectivenessAdjust straties based on data-driven insights and feedbackDesired Skills and Experience

About you....Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management or related field.Dynamic and innovative individual with excetptional hands on experience with end to end sales experienceProven success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue and growth.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and CRM.Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.P
