The Role We are seeking experienced Part Time Security Officers who demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a passion for the security industry. This position commences ASAP at Rouse Hill Town Centre. You will be responsible for providing security services at Rouse Hill Town Centre, supporting all tenants, guests and visitors. Services include building key‑tenant familiarisation and relationships, managing access, responding to client requests in a timely manner, ensuring the safety and security of the site, managing emergency situations and demonstrating proactive security awareness. Roster: Monday 23:00 – 07:00, Tuesday 23:00 – 07:00, Sunday 15:00 – 23:00. Role Requirements Current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable Apply First Aid Certificate Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate Previous retail security experience welcomed but not essential Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) Ownership of service delivery under your control Ability to complete reports using various platforms Excellent presentation, well‑groomed and corporate‑appropriate High‑level problem‑solving skills Ability to respond to emergency situations Valid work rights in Australia Availability to work shifts up to 12 hours Availability across 7 days/nights What We Offer You Reward and recognition incentives Ongoing training and development A safe and supportive working environment Career development opportunities A family‑oriented culture Free uniform In order to comply with various Federal/State/Territory Government mandates and Client site requirements, you must be able to provide proof of vaccination if required to do so as part of the Assetlink recruitment process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
