We’re looking for a Senior Case Manager to provide high-quality case management, therapeutic interventions, and advocacy to support young people navigating life’s challenges. In this rewarding role, you’ll : Deliver evidence-based support and interventions for young people and families Conduct holistic assessments and develop individualised support plans Collaborate with schools, youth justice, health, and community networks Lead counselling, mediation, and group sessions to build resilience and stability Work within a strengths-based and trauma-informed framework Who We’re Looking For : You’re an empathetic and skilled practitioner who can think critically and act with compassion. You’ll bring : A degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline Demonstrated experience providing case management and therapeutic support to young people and families A strong understanding of child protection, youth justice, and family systems Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills A current Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening , and QLD Driver’s Licence Why Choose Us?
