About the role SGCH has a permanent opportunity for a passionate Tenancy Manager to join our South West Sydney team on a full‑time basis, based at our Hurstville office with travel to other offices as required. This role requires you to travel to properties in your portfolio. As a Tenancy Manager, you will be the main point of contact for tenants to access our services. You are empathic and responsive to tenant requests be it addressing daily tenant matters including property care, tenant arrears/debt and anti‑social behaviour, or linking our customers to services to improve their health and wellbeing and sustain their tenancy. About you The successful candidate for this role will have: Experience working with vulnerable people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, including those experiencing homelessness, rough sleepers, people managing mental health issues, experiencing domestic and family violence, people with disability, young people, older people. Experience in property management in the real estate industry or in public or community housing sector. Knowledge and understanding of NSW Residential Tenancies Act 2010. Good written and verbal communication skills including interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate. Driven and self‑motivated with a learning mindset, with the ability to work independently. A caring manner with patience and integrity to deliver the best outcomes for our customers. Current NSW drivers license.
