Fri Sat Sun of same week on nights) 12 hr shifts 7 : 45am 8pm or 7 : 45pm 8am Worked holiday hours paid at time and a half. Sundays are paid at regular rate. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision life insurance paid holidays and 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Rockingham as the Lead Hand : Responsibilities Observe charts and gauges and turn valves to adjust flow vacuum and air control to molds. Operate drying sections to adjust heat to combat over or under drying. Change mold dies by hand using hand tools. Effectively monitor production equipment. Provide feedback to appropriate personnel regarding quality issues. Learn entire process that includes pumps valves motors vacuum air pressure speeds flow temperature etc. Maintain necessary records and reports. Ensure all functions are accomplished safely and correctly by following the work instructions. Support the Safe Quality Food Packaging system as well as all other company policies and programs. Qualifications MUST have Machine Operator experience Minimum High School Diploma or GED Ability to work at a fast pace under pressure. Must have mechanical and technical aptitude. Must have at least 3-4 years of manufacturing experience.
