This is a hybrid role. Work in clinic and also at home. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medical Administrator at Bay Medical Specialists, located in Brisbane, QLD, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Medical Administrator will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, ensuring professional handling of phone communications, performing general receptionist duties, and supporting the clinic's adherence to medical coding and documentation requirements. The role includes assisting healthcare professionals in running an efficient and organized medical office to provide quality patient care. Qualifications Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and effective Phone Etiquette Genie/Gentu experience highly regarded.
