Medical Administrator (Medical Cannabis Clinic) MediCann Clinics is one of the longest running medicinal cannabis clinics in Australia, working hard on treating patients for a variety of health conditions. Medical Administrator responsibilities and duties include: Assisting staff with answering phone and email enquiries. Utilising practice management software MMEx for data entry. Coordinating communication with patients including appointment scheduling and Medicare information. Overseeing appointment scheduling system to ensure smooth and high quality experience for patients and staff. Developing and updating spreadsheets and databases to track client data. Helping patients complete necessary medical forms and documentation, or overcome online booking issues. Supporting staff with administrative tasks, troubleshooting issues, and technical support. Coordinating communication with other medical professionals and practices. Overseeing multiple email accounts. Supporting the doctors with administrative work. What MediCann Clinics requires from you: Friendly, polite and professional communication skills. Interest in medicinal cannabis is useful. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a medical/health clinic environment. Must be highly competent with using a computer for work. Must be highly comfortable with frequent daily use of the phone for work. Must have experience with MMEx or equivalent practice management software. Experience using CRM software is desirable.
