ServiceNow SME Join to apply for the ServiceNow SME role at M&T Resources . Location: Melbourne. Daily rate: $800 p.d. incl super. About the role: Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to drive technical excellence and governance across their DSO program. Roles & Responsibilities Provide technical consultations for Architects, BAs, BCLs, and Service+ program teams Conduct Out-of-the-Box vs Customisation Impact Assessments Deliver peer reviews and feedback on Architecture Solution Context and Epic acceptance criteria Lead DSO pre-PI planning for business epics, including impact assessment and bottom-up estimation Support DSO managers in planning tech debt and innovation epics Drive design governance, review, and acceptance during implementation Guide DSO pod teams with technical direction to resolve build/test issues Required skills and experience 5+ years (7+ preferred) of hands‑on ServiceNow development and upgrade experience Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices & methodologies (NowCreate, BusinessSmart customisation, Healthcheck metrics, ATF, Performance Troubleshooting) Skilled in stakeholder management across business, architects, and engineering teams A positive work attitude and true one‑team mindset If this sounds like you—or someone in your network—please feel free to reach out to me on or contact me on for a confidential discussion about the role.
