Back Office & Order Processing Assistant Type – Part‑time fixed‑term. 12‑16 hrs / week (Maternity temporary replacement – office based) Description – Reporting to our Managing Director, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated individual, with the desire to contribute to the current growth of the company. As a Back‑office and sales assistant, you will cover an array of tasks, from order processing to assisting the sales team in making sure pricing and contracts are in place, as well as coordinating and handling the dispatch of goods. Based in Osborne Park, the role will allow reasonable flexibility on the working hours, which will be discussed and agreed on between management and the successful candidate. Qualifications All necessary computer skills to drive PC, MS and CRM applications. Experience working in an industrial/wholesale B2B environment. Focus and determination to meet customer satisfaction. Creative thinker, able to work alone or within a small team, making decisions when needed. Reliability is key; both the sales team and support team rely on your attendance. B2B experience is a must, with reasonable secondary and/or tertiary level qualifications.
