Fundraising Manager Gembridge Australia – Partnering with Victorian National Parks Association (VNPA) in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The VNPA is an independent, non‑profit membership organisation dedicated to protecting Victoria’s natural heritage. The Fundraising Manager will lead a small team to implement VNPA’s Fundraising and Supporter Development Strategy, driving major gifts, regular giving, appeals, gifts in wills, grants and membership programmes to meet annual income targets. Responsibilities Lead and inspire a small team of fundraising professionals. Develop and implement strategies for donor acquisition, retention and stewardship. Manage relationships with major donors, trusts, foundations and sponsors. Oversee fundraising campaigns, events and digital engagement. Collaborate across the organisation to integrate fundraising into VNPA’s communications and advocacy. About you Proven success in developing and implementing fundraising programmes across multiple channels with a strategic and hands‑on approach. Experience cultivating and stewarding major gift donors and philanthropic partners. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage staff and volunteers. Solid budget management and database expertise (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, collaborative, detail‑oriented approach. Empathy with environmental issues and alignment with VNPA’s purpose. Degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline; FIA membership or knowledge of FIA standards highly regarded.
