Senior Business Analyst - TikTok LIVE - Sydney About the team: The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new creator agencies and business partnerships for TikTok LIVE. This is a position where you can grow TikTok LIVE together with the agencies as a partner while building good relationships with them. Responsibilities Responsible for the Data Analysis of TikTok LIVE Operation's business. Analyze the factors affecting the improvement and growth of the product, the details of each business, and give a feasible overall product optimization plan in combination with the business direction. Collaborate with product/operation/R&D to promote the implementation of optimization plans and bring actual improvement and growth to the business. Responsible for the design and analysis of strategy & incentive in the business, the evaluation of product optimization effect, the analysis and evaluation of activities, the analysis of core index anomalies. Responsible for the construction of specialized models in business. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher. 5 years of experience in business analysis for internet products. Proficient in data analysis tools and languages, including Excel, SQL, Hive, and Python. Experience in data analysis, visualization, and building reports or dashboards. Preferred Qualifications: Strong logical thinking and ability to design data metrics; skilled at translating business needs into analytical solutions. Results-oriented with strong self-motivation, accountability, and a collaborative mindset. Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills. Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority, time-sensitive projects independently. Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate with global stakeholders and the global Product team.
