Our Pilgangoora Project is one of the largest, hard-rock lithium operations in the worldTHE OPPORTUNITY:Reporting to the Planning Superintendent the Maintenance Planner will provide effective maintenance planning by ensuring well planned work orders through the computerized maintenance management system (Pronto). You will be responsible for the planning of mechanical and electrical fixed-plant maintenance tasks within the processing plant, in accordance with established maintenance procedures.This is a permanent position, with a 8:6 roster based at our Pilgangoora Operation.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Providing clear instructions via CMMS (Pronto) to Maintenance Supervisors regarding job allocation, job details, work methods timeframes and allow for adequate feedback.Regularly liaising with Maintenance and Production Supervisors detailing changing priorities and additional equipment that is to be repaired or modifiedAssist with development and management of Maintenance scheduled tasks, Standard Jobs, Materials lists, Risk analysis and Work instructions.Contribute to the review, development and implementation of systems, processes and plans that identify improvements to equipment performance and life cycles.Ensure that Safety is incorporated into the procedures and work orders with the execution of maintenance functionsProvide Maintenance teams with workable schedule that matches plant and labor availabilityWork through project documents and vendor manuals to assist in planning, scoping and scheduling purposes. File/ record for future referenceAccurately maintain associated documentation and maintenance system procedures within the CMMSForecasting of major maintenance works and managing preventative maintenance plansMaintaining a foreword workload of work orders, within set KPI targets, that are required for items requiring repair, replacement, or modification.Optimize planning efficiency through creation of standard work instructions for re-occurring maintenance activities.Ordering equipment and consumables not held as stock items through the store as part of work task planning.Hiring equipment and contractors for specialized tasks not able to be performed by workshop employees.ABOUT YOU:Work Management (Planning & Scheduling experience)MS Office & ProjectPRONTO experience preferred (training provided to right candidate)Relevant trade or engineering qualificationMS VisioMining/Heavy industry experience in the maintenance planning area – Fixed PlantKnowledge of statutory safety requirements relevant to the processesWHAT WE OFFERNew monthly cash bonus based on lithium pricing, PLUSAnnual incentive based on company performance, paid in cash or cash/share combinationGreat accommodation and recreational facilitiesPaid Community LeaveTake a front row seat in the sustainable energy transformationWHAT WE STAND FORGreat peopleSafety mattersQuality productsMaking a difference in the worldPROMOTING DIVERSITYPilbara Minerals recognises that talented people come from diverse backgrounds, who can contribute to our successes in different ways.
